By accessing or using Executable Math Canvas, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

MathExec is a web application that allows users to:

  • Draw mathematical formulas and convert them to LaTeX
  • Compute mathematical expressions
  • Train machine learning models from mathematical formulas
  • Export generated code for use in other applications

3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Use the services only for lawful purposes
  • Not upload malicious data or attempt to compromise our systems
  • Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from our services
  • Not use automated systems to access our services without permission
  • Not share access credentials with unauthorized parties

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property

The Executable Math Canvas application, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Centenum Labs and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission.

Your Content

You retain ownership of the formulas you draw, datasets you upload, and models you create. By using our services, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide our services to you.

Exported Code

Code exported from the application may be used freely in your own projects, subject to any third-party library licenses that may apply (e.g., PyTorch, scikit-learn).

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Accuracy or reliability of formula recognition
  • Correctness of mathematical computations
  • Performance of trained models
  • Uninterrupted or error-free service
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

You acknowledge that AI-based recognition and computation may produce errors, and you are responsible for verifying results for critical applications.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CENTENUM LABS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

7. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Centenum Labs and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these Terms.
